Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will deliver exceptional service, learn about devices and plans, and work toward store sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

We offer $15 per hour base pay with uncapped commissions, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan options, PTO, and other employee programs. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and quick learner of new devices and plans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
