Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and deliver exceptional service.

You will mix relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to help customers stay connected while growing a rewarding career. Compensation includes a $15.16 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions, with potential earnings above the average for high performers.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
• Comfort with technology and devices.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
