Job summary

Your Wireless is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Texas team. You will engage customers, explain plans and devices, and guide them through the purchase to create an outstanding in-store experience.

This full-time role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling, 401k, PTO starting year 1, employee discounts, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handling all customer situations as trained to fully satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assisting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you.
