Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring for Retail Sales Associates to join our expanding team in multiple states. You will educate customers on Verizon products and services, guide them through the buying process, and strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience while earning uncapped commissions.

We offer a strong base pay with an unlimited commission structure, flexible schedules, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with wireless carriers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Create exceptional customer experiences and educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process and close sales to meet production standards.
• Answer questions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily tasks and training.
