Your Wireless – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our Texas footprint. You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the purchase process, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience that drives loyalty and sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct and develop skills for advancement.
