Job summary

Your Wireless Inc. is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Plano, TX.

You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the buying process, delivering an outstanding in-store experience and driving sales across multiple locations with a strong emphasis on service quality. We offer a lucrative uncapped commission structure, flexible schedules, 401k, healthcare, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail role (prefer Verizon Wireless or wireless biz)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless tech, and customer service
• Ability to travel to various locations in assigned district as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ and able to provide US work eligibility

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for each customer daily
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered
• Meet and exceed location production standards with sales
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed
• Complete all required training and certifications
• Set an example of professional conduct for staff
• Develop skills for career advancement within Your Wireless
