Your Wireless is hiring for Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our Retail Team. You will engage customers, explain Verizon products, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

We offer an uncapped commission structure with strong base pay, flexible schedules, and a path for growth within our expanding network of locations across multiple states. Prior retail and wireless experience is valued and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in a sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service achievement.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless tech and customer service.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with attention to detail.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create an ideal customer experience daily.
• Assist customers through the sales process.
