Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate in a full-time role in Williamsport, PA. You will engage customers, explain device and plan choices, and work toward meeting sales targets while representing AT&T products and promotions.

Paid 3-week training provided; no wireless experience required. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability desired to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
