Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers pick devices and plans that fit their needs, and to make shopping simple and enjoyable. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, and includes a fully paid 3-week training program with no prior wireless experience required.

You’ll engage walk-in customers, hit monthly targets, stay current on AT&T products, and may represent the brand at community events; evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
