Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers pick devices and plans, close sales, and earn commissions through strong performance.

Full-time role with paid training and opportunities to grow earnings beyond base pay. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to cover nearby locations. No prior wireless experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
