Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate in a dynamic retail environment. You will engage customers, recommend devices and plans, and close sales, earning base pay plus uncapped commission and a fully paid 3-week training program.

Strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and flexibility to work at nearby locations are valued. Prior wireless experience is not required, and evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator with written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
