Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers select devices and plans. This full-time role includes a paid 3-week training and uncapped commission beyond base pay.

You’ll engage walk-in customers, meet monthly targets, stay current on AT&T promotions, and represent the brand at events. Evening/weekend shifts are required, with opportunities to work at nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan choices.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
