Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will earn base pay with uncapped commission. A fully paid 3-week training program is provided, and flexibility to work at nearby locations is required. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
