Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a motivated Sales Advocate. You will guide customers through device and plan decisions, close sales, and stay updated on AT&T products and promotions. The role emphasizes conversations, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Paid 3-week training is provided, with base pay and uncapped commissions. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior wireless experience is not

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers in person.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Hospitality background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and shape store culture.
