Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate. You will engage with customers to recommend devices and plans, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets. The role emphasizes real conversations, problem-solving, and closing deals, with paid training provided.

This is full-time, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. You’ll work with tablets and POS systems, learning AT&T products and promotions to drive success on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No wireless experience required; paid 3-week training provided.
• Base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and rapport.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Represent the brand at community events when needed.
