Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to assist customers in selecting devices and plans, close sales, and build long-term relationships. You’ll engage with walk-in customers, explain options, and drive results with product knowledge and a customer-first approach.

The role includes a paid 3-week training, evenings and weekend availability, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
