Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate for a full-time role with base pay plus uncapped commissions. A fully paid 3-week training is provided, and no wireless experience is required to start.

You will engage customers, guide device and plan decisions, and work toward monthly sales targets while staying informed on AT&T products and promotions. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
