Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Sales Advocate to guide customers in choosing devices and plans. You will engage walk-in customers, drive product knowledge, and close sales while maintaining excellent service standards.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions. Training is provided, and you may cover nearby locations. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide decisions on devices and plans.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
