Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to engage customers, recommend devices and plans, and close sales. This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, plus a fully paid 3-week training program for new hires.

You will work with walk-in customers, meet monthly targets, stay current on AT&T products, and occasionally represent the brand at community events. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background and familiarity with wireless products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide decisions on devices and plans.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and foster a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed; evenings, weekends and holidays.
