Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Hospitality background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Represent the brand at community events as needed.
• Contribute to a store culture with positive energy and welcoming service.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexible to work at nearby locations as needed; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
