Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a full-time Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. Base pay plus uncapped commissions offers strong earnings potential, with a fully paid 3-week training program to prepare you.

You will engage customers, explain options, and close sales while representing the AT&T brand. Prior retail experience is a plus; evenings and weekends required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
