Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You will learn to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, help customers select devices and plans, and demonstrate new technology in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work with experienced teammates, build product knowledge, and practice patient, empathetic service while driving sales and customer loyalty. Training leads toward promotion to Mobile Expert after successful completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and build product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in-store, online, or via care with product demonstrations and solutions.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized wireless solutions and accessories.
• Develop relationships with customers and coworkers to create a seamless shopping experience.
