Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join the Retail Team to bring the brand to life. You will learn, train, and develop the skills needed to become a Mobile Expert, delivering a best-in-class customer experience through hands-on demonstrations, empathetic service, and thoughtful guidance.

You’ll work alongside peers to explore customer needs, present personalized device and service solutions, and advance within a fast-paced environment focused on growth, energy, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers with purchases and demonstrate latest technology in-store.
• Perform side-by-side selling and identify personalized solutions and accessories.
• Develop knowledge of devices, plans, and network coverage to guide customers.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership to ensure smooth customer experiences.
