Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate for a full-time role with base pay and uncapped commission. A fully paid 3-week training is provided, and no wireless experience is required.

You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and work toward monthly sales targets while staying current on AT&T offerings. Strong people skills and energy are rewarded.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
