Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Sales Advocate to assist customers with device and plan choices and close sales. This full-time role includes paid training and uncapped commission opportunities. Willingness to work at nearby locations, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Base pay is the floor; commissions can significantly increase earnings. Training is fully paid for three weeks to ensure product knowledge and sales success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device/plan decisions.
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Be flexible to work at nearby locations and during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
