Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate. This full-time role includes a fully paid 3-week training program and a base pay with uncapped commissions based on performance.

You will engage customers, explain device and plan options, and close sales through strong product knowledge and genuine customer care. Evening and weekend availability is required, with flexibility to cover nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Retail or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection
