Blue Link Wireless, LLC is hiring a Sales Advocate in a full-time role with AT&T. You will help customers choose devices and plans, close sales, and learn quickly with guided training.

Paid 3-week training provided; base pay is the floor with commissions that can significantly increase earnings. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional shifts at nearby locations may occur.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
