Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers select devices and plans. This is real sales—conversations, problem-solving, and closing—rewarded by commission after a fully paid 3-week training.

Base pay is the floor; top performers earn significantly more. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; occasional shifts at nearby locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsabilités

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
