Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate in a full-time role. Base pay with uncapped commission, plus a fully paid 3-week training is provided. You will help customers select devices and plans, closing sales with a customer-first approach.

This position requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to work at nearby locations is offered to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan choices.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and support store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
