Arch Telecoms is seeking a Learning Retail Associate to join our store team in Medford, NY. You will learn customer service and sales skills while delivering a best-in-class in-store experience.

Build lasting relationships, assist customers with devices and services, and advance toward Mobile Expert through training. You will work with peers to explore customer needs, demonstrate products, and provide friendly, patient service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and build skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology in-store.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
