Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Dealer, seeks a driven Wireless Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and promote Cricket products. You will learn promos and policy updates, maintain clean displays, process transactions, and help retain customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, handling paperwork, and assisting with store operations, including weekend and holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with management to resolve issues.
• Keep store clean, stock accessories, and maintain displays per corporate standards.
• Open and close store, secure sensitive items, and ensure timely cash handling.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories; strive to retain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions; work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
