Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer seeking a driven wireless consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, learn promos and policy updates, and keep displays current while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities include selling no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories, working flexible hours, and supporting store leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Promote and sell wireless products, plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays per corporate standards.
• Handle cash, operate the POS system, and assist with paperwork and policy updates.
