Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking a motivated wireless consultant to assist Cricket Wireless customers. You will deliver friendly service, explain plans, and help customers select phones, service plans and accessories while meeting sales targets.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in retail or customer service. Willingness to learn promos/policies and to work flexible hours at multiple store locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales preferred but not required.
• Proactive, coachable and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Stay up-to-date on current promos and pricing.
• Operate POS, handle cash and process transactions.
• Keep store clean and displays compliant with standards.
