Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, is seeking a motivated wireless consultant to join our team. You will greet customers, learn current promos, and help maintain clean, compliant displays while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have retail sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours at multiple store locations. No-contract wireless products and promotions knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with wireless products and promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and current displays.
• Operate POS, handle cash, and assist management to resolve issues.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays at various locations.
