Talk4less Wireless is a Cricket Wireless dealer seeking driven wireless sales consultants to enhance customer service and retention. You will greet customers, learn current promos, and stay updated on policy changes while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, and POS systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
• Utilize time management to open/close the store and secure sensitive items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions and serve customers at various locations.
