Talk4less Wireless is an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer seeking ambitious wireless consultants. You will deliver friendly customer service, stay knowledgeable on promotions, and maintain attractive, compliant displays.

Strong time management and a competitive drive help you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly and timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and display compliance to standards.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
