Talk4less Wireless is a Cricket Wireless dealer seeking goal-oriented wireless consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. The role emphasizes learning promos, maintaining clean displays, and engaging customers with confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Management experience is not required, but preferred for moving further into store management/ownership.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly & timely manner and creating a positive work environment.
• Learning promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Stocking accessories and keeping displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Opening/closing the store, securing sensitive items, and ensuring store readiness.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations.
