Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for in-person at our College Station, TX location. The role focuses on engaging customers, recommending wireless products, and achieving sales and commission targets.

You'll need at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless or retail, a high school diploma, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and lift up to 35 lbs. Pay is $13/hour plus monthly commission; total compensation ranges $45,000–$65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, telecom, or retail.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell and meet sales and commission goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
