RedLion Mobility in Tyler, TX is hiring energetic Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing telecom partner. You will sell wireless, internet, cable, and related services in-person at our retail store, helping customers connect to essential plans.

The role requires 1 year of retail or telecom sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Compensation includes hourly pay plus monthly commissions and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to support a performance-driven culture.
• Be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.
