Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring Wireless Sales Associates to join our fast-paced retail stores in the United States. You will engage customers, sell wireless, internet, and bundled services, and help customersChoose the right packages while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail or telecom sales experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. This role offers in-store opportunities with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecom, or sales experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius with reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is a plus.
• Experience selling wireless/mobile, home internet, TV, and bundled services is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume retail, commission-based sales, or telecom stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and proactively present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right product or service package.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and contribute to long-term brand loyalty.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including NPS goals.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a performance-driven culture.
