Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Wethersfield, CT is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative (RSLSREP) to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand, drive revenue, and deliver world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 6 months retail/sales experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Base pay plus commission and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the store and assess their needs.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist in opening, closing, and operating the store, including cash handling and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and back room standards.
• Assist with service activations, changes, bill payments, and upgrades.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
