Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile store team. You’ll be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly service, answering questions, and helping customers find plans and devices that fit their needs.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong communication, willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail or sales experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and team members.
• Open, close, and operate the store; handle cash and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and back room.
• Assist with service activations, plan changes, and upgrades.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
