Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide world-class service.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Open/close store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and organization per standards.
• Assist with activations, plan changes, upgrades, and payments.
