Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Torrington, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced, energetic store environment. You will deliver world-class service, drive revenue, and handle activations, billing changes, and upgrades while maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, are at least 18 years old, and have 6 months of retail or sales experience; legal work status in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
