Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Windsor, CT is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. The role delivers world-class service, drives revenue, and builds lasting relationships with customers and teammates.

You’ll handle activations, billing questions, device upgrades, and accessories, while meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced retail setting. Experience in retail or sales is preferred; we offer base pay with commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
