Job summary

RS&I Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Operations Support to empower the sales team in the telecom industry. The role focuses on planning, execution, data analysis, forecasting, and CRM management to drive revenue and strong customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have postpaid wireless sales experience, strong analytics, CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics), and excellent communication. This is a on-site role with collaboration across marketing, product, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in postpaid wireless sales with major carrier programs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics) and POS software.
• Knowledge of wireless products, plans and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Planning & Execution: assist in developing sales strategies, promotions, and cross-selling.
• Sales Data Analysis: monitor trends, acquisition, and conversion to identify improvements.
• Forecasting & Reporting: develop forecasts and generate management reports with insights.
• CRM & Database Management: maintain CRM data and sales tracking.
• Process Improvement: streamline sales processes across related functions.
• Compliance & Policy Enforcement: ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Training & Development: support sales training and product knowledge updates.
• Customer Support Integration: work with tech teams to troubleshoot wireless device issues and assist sales scenarios.
