RSCC Wire & Cable LLC is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to lead Inside Sales and Customer Service, aligning pricing, quotes, and order fulfillment with Finance and Operations. You will drive efficiency, profitability, and best-practice processes across the function.

The role requires 10+ years in sales or commercial operations, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong leadership, Power BI analytics, CRM mastery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, customer service, commercial operations, or sales leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Sales, Field Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Ensure pricing discipline and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor margins and pricing compliance using Power BI to meet profitability targets.
• Develop and improve best-practice processes for quotations, order management, and customer service.
• Lead initiatives that support annual sales, bookings, and revenue objectives.
• Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and travel up to 20% as needed.
