Job summary

GetWireless is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for the Eden Prairie, MN on-site team. You will manage the sales order process, entry accuracy, and customer communications by phone and email while supporting RSE/ISR with light sales duties when needed.

The role requires a technical background in IP networking and wireless data technologies, plus 2+ years in customer service. Strong communication, organization, and CRM/MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing/Sales.
• Associates degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a technical product line.
• Strong technical background in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies.
• Ability to become product certified.
• Proven success in Customer Service with Value Added Resellers, OEMs and end customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
• CRM usage and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order process including order entry and status updates.
• Maintain accounts via research on credit issues and tax certificates.
• Assist sales with new account setups and quotes.
• Handle inbound calls for the assigned territory.
• Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with RSE and ISR to drive territory coverage.
• Support sales with forecasting, data gathering and CRM-based reports.
