Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services and keep the team informed
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stocking and display
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and operational changes
• Forecast sales, analyze figures, and adapt strategies to market trends
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Manage department budget including labor costs and supplies
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and report results to management
