OSL Retail Services seeks a Wireless Manager to lead a bustling wireless kiosk and drive sales excellence. You will manage a team, optimize operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting aggressive targets.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will coach staff, control inventory, and partner with marketing to execute promotions. The role offers base salary, commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills, essential for leadership
• Excellent customer service skills, with proactive approach and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services and train the team accordingly
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stocking and display per company standards
• Oversee customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular team meetings to review targets and promotions
• Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and adapt strategies to trends
• Coordinate with marketing to implement promotions and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations
• Manage department budget including labor and supplies
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and report to management on performance
• Other duties as needed
